Personal Note

Thank you for reading this short bio. It is important to lend a personal touch to technology consulting. It is easy to get lost in endless minutiae and forget that technology is created to solve human problems.

I remember the pain of learning a new technology and always have an empathetic, human approach to every project and client relationship. I learned how to troubleshoot and solve business/technical problems on the front lines and phones of the Tier 1 Technical Support team at Salesforce (then ExactTarget) in Indianapolis, IN. I strive to remember how hard that first year was. After thousands of hours of client calls, I know that you feel the same pain.

Over the next six years with Salesforce, I developed coding, consulting, strategy and planning skills and was promoted to Senior Technical Architect. As an architect, I built and led technical and managerial teams for enterprise-level clients (Bank of America, Michelin Tires, Ford Motor Co., Greyhound Lines, Allegis Group). I also solutioned, planned, architected, coded, QA'd and deployed complex, multi-cloud solutions using multiple applications and data integration points–all while maintaining and empathetic and friendly mindset.

My key motivation is to make your team successful. I am passionate about breaking down jargon and concepts into easily-understood business solutions and demystifying the technology that makes our lives easier.
